Get Fine Plan

This is the first week of my ramped up workout plan – the GFP.  So far so good.  My strength training has been inconsistent so feels great to get that going again.  I ran a 10K last month – my second one this year so I’m a fit girl, just need to stay on task.  Did a Pilates class yesterday and plan to get up early tomorrow for some exercise before work.  There are many excuses for not working out – too much to do, not enough time, blah blah blah – but we have to make it a top priority.  I have also increased my time in the kitchen.  Cooking more for myself is great for my body and for my wallet.  Also taking a snacks with me to work.  Love me some carrots and peanut butter!!  Having something healthy on hand helps limit the urge to do an afternoon snack run.
